Garland speaks at colleges, advocacy groups, conferences and legal organizations about the making of No Way Out But One and why the mainstream media have failed to cover the issue of family court dysfunction. Her lectures focus on material from her chapter, “The Yuck Factor” in Domestic Violence and Child Abuse published by the Civic Research Institute with specific tips on how to talk to the mainstream press.
Lectures sometimes include panel discussions with local or national experts. Screening of the documentary (90 minutes) or the documentary short (13 minutes) can accompany lectures, panels, and discussions.
